I've tried steroidal creams/ointments for about a year and a half now and it's only been a temporary fix, also I notice its starting to thin out my skin in the areas I use it which I read is a sign that you need to stop using it because its not good to constantly use those steroids (clobetasol propionate if your wondering). Also the biggest factor for me is when I am sleeping I unconsciously scratch my eczema on my hands and I never get a chance to fully heal. I tried wearing sleeping gloves and moisturizing my hands before bed but it doesn't matter. I still wake up from my sleep sometimes scratching the itches and then bleed. I think this should be enough proof that I need to go on dupixent to fully clear the eczema. What do you guys think? Do I have a strong case?

I’m building a pc and at the end of the process now and choosing a monitor. I mainly play games like rainbow six, Fortnite, marvel rivals and other competitive shooters. Should I choose a 1080p 360hz monitor or a 1440p 240hz monitor. I rarely play high graphics demanding games but I’ve been told 1440p vs 1080p is a huge difference and 240hz vs 360hz isn’t.
What do you think I should choose? (And yes my pc will be able to run these competitive shooters at 360fps+)

I’m looking into getting a c400 i saw a good deal on recently. I know they’re similar to the c450 and c43 being on the m276 platform but there isn’t a lot of stuff about a c400 tune.
Do I need to tcu tune my c400 if i get a stage 2 ecu tune? (With at home tuning suites like AMR, Eurocharged, and DME) Is it strong enough to support a reasonable 420hp and 600nm?

I’ve learned that carbs are my best friend. I don’t retake my gd test until the next apt at 34 weeks but trying to do what I can. Baby was only 47% at 20 week so up until now I have been eating fruit, tortillas, veggies, a lot of potatoes, noodle soups, cereal. Not overdoing it- some days I honestly didn’t even eat that much.
Now that I’m trying to follow this diet I realize where I might have gone wrong. Eggs gave me the ick. I’ve never been a big meat eater. I don’t do protein shakes or anything like that.
Again I haven’t tested positive for GD yet and many people have informed me that I might just have a genetically big baby, but I’m feeling the guilt hardcore and don’t want complications. I’m a first time mom and I didn’t feel like my belly was even that big. I am 5’7 and was 188 before pregnancy and now I’m weighing in at 210 at 32 weeks.
I just wanna say how proud I am of all of you doing this. It’s insanely hard and emotional. Also thank you for all the support and advice. It’s been an awful pregnancy for me and now adding in restrictions is making it even harder. Trying to do what I can for the next few weeks though. ❤️
