I’ve maxed out my £20,000 limit this year into a Cash ISA. My question is - does transferring the H2B ISA into a new S&S ISA put me over my limit for the tax year? All my deposits into this H2B ISA came many years ago.

Honestly chickens are so prone to predators it’s a bad idea. Fence in a nice, big enclosure for them that is attached to the coop and close to the house, and allows the dogs to go all the way around the exterior. You have to train dogs, and training them to chase rabbits and predators but not chickens is difficult.

I have a stelo. My cgm consistently reads lower than blood glucose when I check my fasting number, even after changing sensors. Do y'all check cgm fasting against blood glucose, and if you do, do you find your sensor is 20+ different? My cgm shows 80s, my blood glucometer shows 100s. This morning my cgm showed 88, and I tested with my blood glucometer 3 times over 1 minute and the numbers were 110, 109, 106.
My next appointment is Jan 22nd. What's your experience?

2025.01.15 11:33 Gallinaz Alarm Clock Method Help
My snuggly little menace (8 months) is barking up a storm every day at 5:40 am. My partner wakes up around 5:20 to start getting ready for work anyway (she leaves at 6:15), so it’s not the worst thing in the world, but I would love it if she stopped doing this. For the past 4 days, she has started barking at 5:40 and we’ve waited until 6 to play her alarm sound. After playing it we let her out of her crate.
I don’t think she has to potty because I’ve waited 15 minutes after letting her out of the crate before taking her to potty and she just played normally, no accidents.
Are we doing this right? I tried searching the sub and I couldn’t find detailed methods on it so I’m not sure if we should start doing it before her usual barking time? I’m worried she might think she has to bark in order for the alarm sound to play.

If for some reason this goes against the rules of the subreddit, thats totally my fault; but i was wondering if i could get some advice/info about highschool football. I graduated last year so i dont have anyone else to ask, and i’ll be damned if i dont do my research.
I’m in the process of starting up a webcomic that follows two boys in highschool football and i was wondering if anyone who actually participated in the activity could give me some general knowledge. Ive read of schools doing things like conditioning through the summer. Ive read about lots of different things, but there are some questions i haven’t been able to get a clear answer on.
Please indulge me if you have any answers, and if anyone wants to dm me and chat about your highschool football experience, i will take all the help i can get.
- Durring summer conditioning, how long does it last? and do you half to sign up for it? are their try outs before hand?
- when are football tryouts normally held? is it within the first week of school-ish? or is it before school starts.
- what does the average schedule look like for practices?
- do upcoming freshman have to prepare in some way? is it a situation where they dont get much time on the field outside of practice just so they can get use to it? or is it, whoever is best suited to play gets to play.
- is there a lot of jealousy between people who get more time in the game and those who are usually on the bench?
- What is the dynamic like between players? are they generally very close? do they hang out outside of football?
- is there anything that i wouldn’t think to ask about? as in, is there anything that the average person wouldn’t know that goes on behind the scenes?
- whats your favorite story that came from your highschool football experience?

Hey everyone,
As most of you are probably aware, Microsoft will be ending support for Windows 10 by the end of this year. While they are offering subscription-based updates, I’m unsure if it's worth committing to that long-term or if I should invest in upgrading my current PC to avoid this extra cost. I’m leaning toward putting my money into a more powerful build instead of subscribing to updates. However, I’m not planning on upgrading right away—my plan is to wait until the end of the year when new, more cost-effective CPUs are released.
That said, I’m starting to research the components I’ll need and trying to figure out the best options, as it's been a while since my last upgrade. I’ve narrowed down my choices to two CPUs: the AMD Ryzen 7 5700X3D and the AMD Ryzen 7 7700X. I primarily use my PC for productivity apps like Photoshop, DaVinci Resolve, and Krita, with some light gaming on the side. My budget is 300€.
The Ryzen 7 5700X3D is an attractive option at around 250€, and its 3D V-Cache technology could offer a solid boost in productivity. However, it uses the AM4 socket and the older Zen 3 architecture, which I believe is nearing the end of its lifecycle. This could limit future upgrade options. On the other hand, the Ryzen 7 7700X, priced at around 330€, offers a newer socket and Zen 4 architecture, but lacks the 3D V-Cache. While I don't mind spending a bit more, the price difference is something to consider.
Given this, I’m torn between the Ryzen 7 5700X3D with its lower price and 3D V-Cache, but older tech, versus the Ryzen 7 7700X with its newer architecture but no V-Cache. Which one would you choose in this situation? Or is there another CPU in this price range that you’d recommend that I might have missed?
Also, I’m a bit out of the loop when it comes to RAM requirements these days. My current build has DDR3 8GB RAM, which is definitely insufficient for my tasks. I’m thinking of upgrading to at least 16GB, but would 32GB be a better choice for future-proofing?

I received confirmation on 30th. From that day onwards I have asked her for the status update or atleast tracking details. She neither replied properly nor shared tracking details. After I relentlessly asked her about the shipping then only she said that the courier service has some issues going on, so she offered to refund my money. I'm a nano content creator so I have hardwire investing in expensive makeup. But still I want to make content and want to try some products. That's what I explained to her. And again she didn't refund the money. When I asked her multiple times she said she will but didn't. This has been going on since 30th of December. At this point I feel terrible begging for my own money. I have ordered makeup from other insta stores so I thought this time too I'll have a good experience. But I was wrong. Not sure where else to post this. I would like to retain our old push button door bell but still have a camera linked to an app near the door so I can see who is at the door. And it doesn't look like you can wire an old school wired door bell into a ring doorbell?
I think the ring outdoor camer elite or the spotlight cam Pro could work as a totally segregated system (ideally it would be wired into the old doorbell)..
