We were waiting for an appt and saw him looking down at my car and bending down. I thought maybe something had rolled under. Turned away and saw and saw him flying his drone to show off for some young guys in the parking lot right next to a packed parking lot. Had the first part of our appt, came back and saw him fly it and it landed on the hood of another car. Decided to go out there and move my car and our number got called. Barely 10 min later he’s gone and I noticed a nice brand new deep scratch on the passenger door right where he was looking. No amount of buffing would suffice.
In the hopes you are on Reddit - You’re an asshole! Learn to respect other people’s property. I worked my ass off for this car. First new car I have ever owned and first car I have bought in the last 12 years.

Estava precisando de um estágio pra pegar meu diploma técnico de info, meu avô ouviu isso e na hora se prontificou a conseguir um estágio pra mim, contatou um amigo dele e o amigo dele me deu uma vaga na empresa dele, 500 conto, tô trabalhando lá 2 semanas ainda não fui contratado de fato, vou ver isso amanhã.
Só que é o seguinte eu recebi um convite pra uma entrevista anteontem, não quis ir porque já estou no estágio. Nessas 2 semanas eu me sinto mt inútil, eu já fiz contribuições pequenas na empresa por saber de infomática, mas o que eu tô fazendo lá basicamente é cuidar de rede social, marketing e fazer design no canva e photoshop. Eu não uso rede social, não entro no insta e nem tenho conta no tiktok, sei usar canva e photoshop mas não sou designer, e não é tanto trabalho para me ocupar lá, então eu fico à toa a maior parte do tempo. Trabalho com mais 2 pessoas e elas também ficam metade do tempo à toa, mas já são mais antigas e tem funções mais bem definidas.
Se por acaso eu conseguisse uma vaga melhor nesses 3 meses de estágio obrigatório lá, eu seria cuzão de sair de lá pra ir pra essa nova vaga? estágio não fica no currículo, e eu ainda nem fui contratado de fato, tô indo lá mas nem direitos eu tenho ainda. O patrão não é otário nem nada, maluco é tranquilo e se ofereceu até pra pagar um curso pra mim, ele faz essas coisas pros funcionários, mas eu não sei se eu vou ser efetivado na empresa depois desse tempo de estágio obrigatório pra receber essa moral dele.
Então se eu conseguisse uma vaga que me pagasse 2-3x o que ele vai me pagar, eu seria cuzão de largar lá pra ir pra essa vaga? Ia ser esculacho com meu avô e poderia perder essa oportunidade de ter o curso bancado né?
Não me esculachem muito não por favor, tô com a cabeça meio perdida, muito provavelmente não vou sair de lá coisa nenhuma

1st and 2nd portkey use, dissapears and arrives at a predestined time to go to the quidditch WC.
2nd portkey use, dissapears as soon as it is touched. Somehow this portkey was made on Hogwarts grounds by someone other than dumbledore to take harry to the graveyard.
3rd portkey use, dissapears as soon as it is touched to take harry to the front of the maze (it's not specifically said to the back in the front of the maze in the book, but everyone in the stands can see him). Somehow the portkey takes harry to a completely different location that from where the portkey was made/used first.
I can accept that there are two different kinds of portkeys, those take take people when they touch them and those that take people at specific times. But I don't understand why Crouch was able to make the portkey on Hogwarts grounds, and why it transported harry to the front of the maze.
Not to mention how Crouch used a portkey in book 4 but they refused to use a portkey in book 7...

I was just watching "The One with the Mugging" and realised Rachel says only like one line or two and just doesn't appear for the rest of the episode. She wasn't included in any of the storylines. The storylines in that episode are Ross finding out Phoebe mugged him, Monica helping Chandler with the fire sneakers and Joey with the "Holding in his piss" acting. The only scene Rachel was in is Chandler asking her if the shoes are a good idea for Ralph Lauren or something.
I'm just wondering if there are anymore. I've noticed some episode where Monica is behind the scenes a lot more in the later seasons.

The title is vague but basically i was wondering if anyone has been in a similar situation to mine with blockhouse. I applied to the quant strat role couple weeks ago and got a trial task next within 2 days. Finished it quickly and they got back 5 days later saying they want to do a final interview. Interview was more of a chat with the ceo who said my work was good and promising, told me the compensation, work, schdule, role, etc. This was last thrusday and he said by this monday i would get a decision on if i got an offer or not. I seemed pretty convicned i had a great shot. Well i didn't hear back monday or tuesday and sent a followup email with him on tuesday night but no response. I get that this a startup and small company but i'm just confused and at the same time worried. Really want to bag an internship
