2025.01.17 19:19 Loud-Consideration-2 PlatformIO ESP32-C6 & ESP-IDF - How to include a "components" library?
I'm banging my head against the wall trying to use the ESP-IDF Bluetooth libraries (esp_gap_ble.h specifically) in my PlatformIO project for the ESP32-C6. I've enabled bluedroid (dual mode) in menuconfig, but PlatformIO still can't find the header file.
Anyone else run into this? Starting to wonder if I should just give up on PlatformIO and go back to the baremetal ESP IDF... which would be a shame because I was really digging PlatformIO until this.
Any help would be hugely appreciated!

2025.01.17 19:19 amazingmaximo Using paddle shifters on all cars?
I got my paddle shifters to work on the cars that actually have them, like the Ferrari 296, but it seems like in the other cars like the GR86 and the Fiat you've got to actually use the H pattern shifter. Is there a way to get the paddles working on every car? Seems like I should be able to choose transmission type in assist settings but I only see an option for fully automatic (which doesn't seem to work either, actually).
Logitech G290 with the shifter attachment btw.

A cornmeal cousin to grits from Texas
Ingredients
2 cups yellow cornmeal
1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 cup bacon drippings
1 1/2 cups boiling whole milk
Butter, cane syrup, or half-and-half for topping
In a medium-sized bowl, combine the cornmeal, salt, pepper, baking powder, and sugar; toss with a fork to blend.
In a 10-inch cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat, heat the bacon drippings until almost smoking.
Pour the boiling milk into the cornmeal mixture and stir to form a smooth paste.
Spoon the mixture into the hot fat and fry until a light crust forms on the bottom, about 10 minutes.
Stir the mixture, breaking up the crust and distributing the browned bits throughout.
Reduce the heat to medium and continue to cook an additional 10 minutes, without stirring.
To serve, scoop a portion of the coush-coush into individual bowls. Top with your choice of butter, cane syrup, or half-and-half. Serve hot.

I signed a one year lease and there were a few issues that emerged upon moving in. I received a notice of non-renewal from from the landlord. He stated that “due to various circumstances” he will not be renewing the lease.
I’ve been paying my rent on time every month, but I assume being the tenant that complains or asks for things to be fixed is what caused non-renewal? He has replaced the washer upon moving in, I’ve notified him about mice issues, I have notified him about loud tenants twice, and also a tenant had a candle lit in the hallway, so I asked for a fire extinguisher just in case. I was on the fence about renewing anyways…but am I just a bad tenant regardless of paying rent on time? Clearly I see myself as the issue because my roommate was not given a non-renewal letter.

Hi all!
One of my weirds questions again.
As far as I’m able to tell, Rubicon uses some kind of special plastic called ABS. They themselves recommend a special glue for the purpose to be used. They also state that regular superglue is not to be used.
Nothing weird so far…
Certain kits for details are apparently made out of resin.
So my question:
I shouldn’t use superglue on trying to get anything to stick on ABS plastic, but certain items (like stowage for example) are made out of a material that needs (?) to be attached with superglue.
What are your experiences?

I'm looking for a few banking suggestions, I've been with Simpii (PC financial before) since I was a teenager, so 20 years now. Recently have separated, and looking to just start over with a new bank.
I looked at Tangerine, just wondering if anyone has any feedback on there website / app? Is it easy to use, functional etc?
I dont mind fees, but as long as I'm actually getting something worthwhile for those fees.
Any other bank suggestions?
