 | I’m trying to use target weld to merge these 2 vertices. No matter how many times I press on the first one and try to hover over the second one, it will never get highlighted and merge. I tried to create a simple box on the same scene and with that one the tool works fine. So don’t know what I’m doing wrong. Yeah, I get it, but come on. This game launched with what, 33 heroes? You gotta understand that with that number (that's only increasing) so too is the need to actually spell out their names.
Yeah there's easy ones like RR, IM or IF but it took me a solid minute to figure out what WS or HE was (especially considering that I'm pretty sure Hawkeye is one word).
And like, does it even really save you that much time? Like I get abbreviating it in extended comment chains where it's already established who we're talking about but damn.
Also I saw somebody abbreviate Doom Match the other day so this is mainly to vent.

Hi, any advice is gratefully received. My partner is looking for a career change, his background is in film and TV production but since that industry is so precarious, he is looking for a change and wants to develop skills that can be applied within a stable industry.
I have gone through posts in this subreddit and understand it can be very competitive, so any advice from someone who successfully landed an apprenticeship after age 40 or switched careers through an apprenticeship would be great! Thanks very much
