Been using a no knead recipe since I've embarked on my bread making journey... results are getting better each time. After the first proof (17 hours) I broke away from what I did previously and kneaded them a bit and after the second proof they rose better than any other attempt. They might not look the best but the family snatches them up!

 | I really loved this charger when I saw it so I tried to make it with this mpc kit and custom wheels from eBay. The kit is rough, requires a lot of sanding. The front bumper and taillights are very hard to fit. I used tamiya olive drab ts-28 with gold ts-21 for the stripe and rims. 2025.01.19 20:34 MR-WADS What's the best handheld for PSP emulation?
My dream handheld is the Retroid Pocket 5, but I'm from Brazil and it's just too expensive (more than a Switch OLED).
I would like to play PS2 games portably but that doesn't seem realistic so I'm willing to cut back and just get something that can do PSP.
I would like to do 2x res + CRT Shaders, my first thought was the TrimUI Smart Pro but that doesn't seem up to snuff (however it's pretty cheap, about 1/4 the price of the RP5).
Any recommendations? I do prefer the PSP form factor and a 16:9, instead of the game boy layout that has become popular among handhelds.

Hello la team !
J’ai récemment repris le sport à un bon rythme et je me rends compte que mon plus grand ennemi pour me sentir bien et avoir des résultats cela va être le sucre…
J’aurais besoin de conseils pour commencer un régime avec le moins de sucre possible (je sais que éviter le truc à 100% n’est pas possible, il y en a dans tout et partout)
Si certain’e’s d’entre vous arrivent à s’en passer, quels sont vos tips / astuces pour passer la période de « sevrage » ? Avez-vous fait des trucs en particulier ou il faut juste attendre que le manque passe tout seul ?
J’avais réussi pendant quelques années à en être presque « dégoûtée » et je ne mangeais plus de gâteaux, bonbons etc. mais je suis récemment retombée dedans et bah j’avais pas le souvenir que c’était si compliqué d’arrêter…

2025.01.19 20:34 Hopeful-Subject-6012 Looking at Having Spinal Fusion L4 to T11
Hello! I (19F) have a lumbar curvature of about 50 degrees (as well as a more minor thoracic curve, s curve scoliosis) and I finally was able to have my final consult with the spinal surgeon until I decide to move forward with spinal fusion. They were wanting to fuse L4-T11 I believe which is not exactly an easy surgery or recovery. I think a spinal fusion would improve my life despite losing some mobility. I cannot sleep on my back without pain, I cannot sit on the floor (or for too long anywhere) without pain, I get pain when walking long distances ie my scoliosis is painful and debilitating in a lot of ways. I am with a team I very sincerely trust that is incredibly qualified + it seems they value patient advocacy so that is not a concern for me. They told me I would likely recover well due to my age, health, weight etc. This is all a long way of asking, if you have had a lumbar spinal fusion, how has your life and mobility changed? Do you regret it and/or has it improved your life? I do think it is probably the right call for me but I want to hear how it has gone for other people so I can make an entirely informed decision.
TLDR: Thinking about Lumbar Spinal Fusion, if you’ve had it, share your thoughts.
