2025.02.01 15:24 DeezA123 Are My ZZ Plant Roots Healthy? Am I Repotting It Correctly?
 | I posted recently about my ZZ plantās yellowing leaves, and the issue kept getting worse over the last couple of weeks. So, I decided to take it out of the pot and check the roots. I found a lot of paper-thin, dead roots in the soil. Iām assuming this means poor drainage led to root rot, which then caused the yellowing leaves. Right? Has it lost too much of its roots - is this bad or is this considered normal? I washed the roots and removed the remaining bad ones, though there werenāt many left. Could the plant have recovered on its own if I had just improved drainage, or was it necessary to intervene? Hereās what the roots and rhizomes look like now. Iāve read that applying cinnamon to cut roots can help as an anti fungal. Is that a good idea or unnecessary? For repotting, I have a well draining pot with cactus soil mix and perlite. Should I add extra perlite, and if so, what ratio would be best? Or is cactus mix alone good enough? How long do I wait before watering it in the new soil? Weāre not getting much sun at the moment so should I use grow lights? I literally know nothing about plants, so while itās drying I thought Iād come here to get some opinions from more knowledgeable people. Am I on the right track? Have I missed anything? I am having some issues with IPv4 addresses. The servers, workstations, and access points that are using static IP addresses are unreachable. The OPNsense can ping them, but not from other network. When I was using ISC, I didn't have this issue. I even tried the IP reservation, I put a reservation for my workstation, then after bouncing my workstation interface, I could only access the local LAN and anything on a different network become unreachable.
I do not see any traffic from the firewall Live Logs. It seems like the stations that have static IP are is behaving like they didn't have a gateways. The only devices that are working are the devices received an DHCP offer from KEA.
I am on version 24.7.10_2-amd64.

 | I ovulated a bit early this month and I was pretty bummed because we didnāt get 2 pre O days. I legit wrote it off and only tested because I am pretty sick and would like to take meds. Weāre out of town on a ski trip and I literally fell asleep in the lodge yesterday for like an hour and frankly thought it was just cause Iām sick. And then I napped when we got back š Took a test this morning and lo and behold: I got a BFP. 12dpo today, did not test earlier this month which is insanity but Iām telling you I really thought I was out. Whatās interesting is that this chart is nearly identical to last monthās up until a couple of days ago. Bodies are wild. I attached the overlay in the 2nd pic :) Anyway. Irgendwann im Jahr kam dann eine Festsetzung des Grundsteuerwerts (163,34ā¬). Hierbei dachte ich, dass es sich um den neuen Betrag der Grundsteuer handelt und habe mir nur gedacht, ein paar ā¬ mehr, ist dann halt so.
Nun kam der Grundsteuerbescheid fĆ¼r 2025 der sich plƶtzlich auf 1943,75ā¬ belaufen soll. Hier gab es nun einen Wert * Hebesatz (163,34ā¬ * 1.190,00) = 1943,75ā¬.
Also eine Steigerung um 12500%.
Die anderen Parteien im gleichen Wohnhaus welche eine deutlich grƶĆere Wohnung haben zahlen lediglich 250ā¬
Wie gehe ich vor? Die Festsetzung des neuen Grundsteuerwerts ist von der Frist her abgelaufen, jedoch gibt es ja einen offensichtlichen (sachlichen/logischen) Fehler in der Berechnung.

Hey! Trying to build AND enjoy a 2hander pvp NB brawler mostly for cyro. Currently running Balorghs, Oakfather FB wretched BB, Master's Maul for a juicier Carve and Ice staff BB for buffs/magblock. So that leaves me with no Mythic space. Feels okish so far as im not 100% used to rotation/gameplay, but I enjoy jumping in crowds and swing. Should I run Rush of agony for a better Carve setup? Is no mythic a mistake?
Current skill setup
FB: carve/killers blade/lotus/power extract/merciless. Dawnbreaker ulti
BB: Healing soul/vigoRaT/shadowy disguise/siphoning attacks. Soul tether ulti.
I usually heal or gank on my NB. So this playstyle is new to me. Any suggestions for skills/sets or any tips from veteran brawlers would be greatly appreciated!!
