I realized today that I'm not only grieving my dad, but I'm grieving the person I once was. I feel like I lost my productive work ethic, and even small tasks leave me feeling exhausted afterwards. When my dad passed away, it's like a version of myself passed away with him, and I wish I could be that person again.

2025.01.29 23:12 cubs108108 Just picked up my Grandmas 04 RX330 with 55,000 miles that she gifted to me since she can't drive anymore. To add a full body sleeping platform or just a platform for the head gap?
 | I currently have an 03 Jeep Grand Cherokee with a sleeping platform that covers the whole back area when the seats are down. Now I'm considering if I should add sleeping platform to the Lexus RX330 or just make a platform for the head area since there's a gap. One concern would be that it's not as tall as my Jeep so I wouldn't have enough headroom. I've played a ton of magic and I'm new to Digimon. Trying to under the deck composition, specifically why so little option cards are included in decks. Do you just not need them as much? Or is it since you draw so much from digivolving, you can draw them reliability even if they are not 4 ofs? Or are they just cost prohibitive to play? I was checking out some tournament decks and some seem to use option cards way more heavily, I think the purple decks. I guess trainers I get since you only need specific ones and the affects become redundant.

Ross is turning 85, he’s not gonna live forever. We just missed the playoffs and there’s not a lot of sense in him initiating another rebuild if this season goes belly up. Not saying it’s impossible or even unlikely, I’m just saying it won’t make sense. The way the game goes is I ask a bunch of questions about our future and you guys answer :)
First off, if Ross retires, do you think he’ll pass the team down to a child or family member?
If so, who do you think it would be? Is there anyone in particular that’s openly showed interest in the team?
He does have four kids so it is very possible that he sells the team to lengthen his estate. Who do you think is a possible buyer? Are there any sports moguls that have openly expressed that they’d like to buy another team? Is there anyone YOU’d like to buy the team?
If he decides to sell the team, what does the future of our roster look like? I’m guessing he would try to make the team as valuable as possible.
Does he try to make the roster look as strong as possible, or spend a year trading off players and acquiring as many assets as possible?
Are there other factors I’m not considering? I just want to leave a reminder that this is just a game. The team is not for sale and there have been no official public reports of a potential sale.

I’ve had several huge traumatic events happen in the last few months and something I keep hearing is that I need to focus on myself and love myself during this difficult time. But… is that a thing? I’ve hated myself for nearly my entire life and I can’t imagine loving myself. Being neutral toward myself is the best I can imagine one day in the distant future. But loving myself? No way.
