Por un lado me dicen que un monitor 2k 180hz no seria capaz de tirarlo por la gráfica que debería pillarme uno 1080p con 280hz y que aun así no seria capaz de usar esos 280hz. Por otro lado me dicen que si que me es capaz de usar la 2k y bla bla bla, vamos lo contrario. Hi.
Made a fairly massive mistake with my energy reading last month

This was apparently misread as checking it today it was 38945, to make sure I have checked this repeatedly. And checking the massive spike (£60 to £150+) it makes sense.
When I input it into the octopus site I get a message saying "it looks like you've used less energy than expected", but it doesn't seem to be accepting it.
Not sure if this is a delay, i've contacted them on social media as well as [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected])
Any advice what I should do here? Just give the reading and leave it or continue to try contact them?

Hi, I’m planning to build a PC primarily for video and photo editing. I’ll be using applications like DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Lightroom. I’d also like to do some gaming occasionally, but that’s not my main focus.
Here’s the list of parts I’ve selected so far, along with their prices (note: I don’t live in the USA, so PC parts tend to be more expensive in my country).
Selected Components:
- CPU: Intel i5-12600K (197€)
- CPU Cooler: Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120SE (51€)
- Motherboard: Asus PRIME B760-PLUS D4 ATX (125€) Open to recommendations for motherboards, especially ones with built-in Wi-Fi. I’d prefer to avoid dealing with Wi-Fi cards and cables. Additionally, I’d like a motherboard that supports Intel’s 12th, 13th, and 14th-gen CPUs for future upgrades.
- RAM: Kingston Fury Beast 32GB (2x16GB) DDR4-3600 CL18 (74€) I considered 3200MHz RAM since the i5-12600K officially supports up to 3200MHz (and 3200MHz is also cheaper obviously), but from what I know 3600MHz should still work.
- SSD: Kingston KC3000 2TB (149€) or Kingston Fury Renegade 2TB (147€)
- HDD: Seagate Barracuda Compute 2TB 3.5" 7200RPM (72€) perhaps 1TB would be enough
- GPU: Gigabyte GeForce RTX 3060 Gaming OC 12GB (328€) This has been the toughest decision so far. I debated between the RTX 3060 and 4060. While the 4060 is newer, the 3060 has more VRAM and the 4060 has been criticised a lot. I believe the 3060 might be more suitable for my use case.
- Case: MSI MAG FORGE 112R (72€) This case seems to have decent airflow, comes with four pre-installed fans, and looks good overall.
- Power Supply: Not decided yet.
P.S don't suggest anything that would exceed my budget, I'm strictly sticking to it.

Salary:
- Company A: base salary 69k per month
- Company B: approx 7.5k to 8.1k MYR per month
- Company A: Junior role
- Company B: Mid-level role (one step from Senior role)
- Company A: 14th month, annual increase, performance bonus (equivalent to almost 2x base salary), company car, life insurance, health insurance, rice allowance, medicine and optical reimbursements, retirement plan
- Company B: no 13th month, annual increase, performance bonus (equivalent to half of base pay), health insurance
- I like to climb up the corporate ladder and Company B is giving me that opportunity. When I tried sa Company A, they denied me it and said kulang pa ako sa experience.
- Some people have pointed out na it would be easier to move sa ibang bansa (Australia, UK, US) from Malaysia vs. from PH.
